This paper shows how a remote cardiac electronic signal measuring and alarm system is designed using software engineering principle. It discusses the integration of the methods to form a single design methodology that could cover all phases of the life cycle. Prof. Lichen Zhang advocates a multi-view approach to the development of complex real-time systems. Applying the principle above, the paper presents a set fo design steps for the design fo a distributed remote cardiac electronic signal measuring and alarm system.
