Implementation of antiwear coatings technology and test methods for triboloigcla application

摘要

The paper presents scientific,technological and organizational aspects and condition of technology transformation in the field of surface engineering and tribology.In the first part of this paper the authors present a review of PAPVD technologies of hard wear-resistant coatings deposition,elaborated in the Institute for Terotechnology and implemented into industry.The implementation of the technology is preceded by research works aimed at selection of the layers' structure and compostion ,individually for each application,according to the material to be machined and workign conditions of a treated element.The offere of the Institute consists: two-component,multi-component,gradient,multi-layer and ocmposite coatings.
