Improving post-combustion with the double flow multi point injectors

Multi point double flow injectors system (MPDF) is a technology to increase scrap melting rate, to promote fast chemical and thermal homogenization and to lower electrical energy consumption. The technology involves integrated sidewall multi point injectors (lancing + post combustion). White Martins has developed a simple injection system able to fast decarburization, reach high post combustion and promote and sustain slag foamy, with carbon injection possibility.
