Composite Properties of Polyimide Resins Made From 'Salt-Like' solution Precursors

Recent work in high temperature materials as NASA Langley Research Center LaRC~TM) have led to the development of new polyimid resin systems with very attractive properties. The majority of the work done with these resin systems has concentrated on determining engineering mechanical proeprties of composites prepared from a poly(amide acid) precursor.
