摘要

To assure the safety of railway network in Japan, we carried out the analytical calculations. In this paper the dynamics of a contact wire and poles is analyzed assuming the poles as a Bernoulli-Euler beam and a contact wire as a string. Suppose a pole or poles installed under various conditions: (1) a pole standing with no string at the top, (2) a pole standing with a string stretched at the top to an infinite length, (3) a pole standing with a string stretched at the top to a definite length, (4) a series of poles standing at equal intervals with a string stretched at the top.
