In the present work, the anuthors carry out a study of the ocsts for the differeht stages in the process of generating, storing, and transporting liquid hydrogen (LH_2) at low temperature, obtaind from wind power in the Argentine patagonia. Values obtained from analogue projects presently under way in other countris are applied to the particular conditions pertaining to the local generation-already described in previous works by the same authors-the advantages of which are certainly evident. Consequently, the possibility suggested by the title of the present work is regarded with great seriousness by the authors.
