Appropriate turbine repairs

The power industry is under increasing pressure to control costs. Cost control means reductions in outage time, smaller O&M budgets and increased outage intervals. By resolving long term turbine maintenance problems and making repairs appropriate to a unit's competitive position we can meet these challenges. THe concept of appropriate repairs will be presented as two examples.
