In order to improve the network level of service and the user safety, a procedure for Road Urban Network Design (ROUND) has been proposed in scientific literature. The procedure is composed of some models and algorithms organised in two sections: a solution generation (enumerative or branch and bound or genetic, ...) and a solution evaluation (deterministic or stochastic network assignment, elastic or un-elastic demand). The ROUND needs a multicriteria evaluations and in every case a large set of non-dominated solutions is generated.
