We study solutions of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation obtained when considering homogeneous and isotropic (up to a gauge transformation) field configurations of the Einstein-Yang-Mills system in D=4+d dimensions with an R x S~3 x S~d topology and assuming the Hartle-Hawking boundary conditions.
