B-spline functions,which are represented by piecewise polynomials,are usually used in the fields of approximation theory and interpolations [1,2].Authors have also applied B-splines to computer graphics [3],and medical image processing [4],which are useful applications of spline interpolation in communication systems.However,most of conventional piecewise polynomials approximations cannot immediately obtain expansion coefficients because it is needed to solve simultaneous linear equations under the interpolating conditions that the whole sampled values are passed through or that the error on the sampled values is tolerated.[1,3].
