We investigated the effect of oxygen annealing at low temperatures (300-600 deg C) on the magnetization behavior of RE123 (RE: Nd Sm) grown by OCMG method. Magnetic measurements were performed with a SQUID and a vibrating sample magnetometer VSM. Both Nd123 and Sm 123 samples showed similar behavior: Transition temperature (T_c), the hysteresis width and the irreversibility field increases monotonously with lowering annealing temperature from 600 to 300 deg C. We have also performed similar experiments on a single crystalline sample grown by a flux method and have compared with the OCMG samples.
