We have performed the following measurements for ~237Np using the 4.5 MV Dynamitron accelerator of Tohoku University as the pulsed neutron source: (1) Prompt fission neutron specturm for 0.62 MeV incident neutrons, and (2) Neutron-Induced fission cross-section between 10 and 100 keV.
