There are two projects of thermal balanced house which is high airtight and high insulated. It has a floor heating system which utilizes water bag and solar direct gain's energy. Water has high thermal capacity, and high convection by the difference of termperature. IN this system, the sun heats the water in vinyl bag under the floor, and the heat which is collected in water radiate in the room directly from the floor. As sub thermal source, we use the film heater under the water bag. This electric power can be supplied by the solar battery. "The glass terace" is the space ofcollecting solar heat effectively in the daytime. And to prevent the radiation from "the glass terrace" in the night, the floor level of there is lower than other rooms, and we can close the insulating doors. In summer, these houses have only low vlume exhaust fan for the cooling system. But by high quality of insulation and natural ventilaton, we can get a comfortable environment.
