The Applicaton of Microcomputer for performance Test of Thrust Bearing

摘要

The modern minature simulation test-bed of thrust bearing is major key tesk of science in National 7th Five-year plan. According to the demand of performance test for thrust bearing, microcomputer data acquisition system is used, and imported advanced 3530D of Britain Solortron Instruments as test system scheme for testing-bed of thrust bearing. This paper introduces the data of operating mode in measuring bearing temperature, thickness of oil film and pressure of oil film and its development, and application of fault diagnosis, data process. Satisfatory effect has been obtained.
