A double PWM AC drive with minimized components

摘要

Ordinary double PWM AC drives are too complicated and expensive to samll capacity useage. A components minimized double PWM AC drive is studied and implemented in this paper. The power converter consists a single phase PWM rectifier and an asymmetric inverter, A DC link balance control loop is added to the PWM rectifier and a current control centered vector control is used to the inverter. Experiment gives a good result.
