A cad system for architectural erection works and generation of 2D work drawing

摘要

This article mainly discusses the background, purpose and implementation of our CAD system for erection work in architecture. Our system can generate 3D construction structure drawing from traditional 2D drawing; let architects deisgn erection subsystems, such as Plumbing, VEntilation, and Electricity, directly in 3D space; build and use the Standard Parts Libraries; help architects check the interference; and generate 2D work drawings that fit the needs of construction practice; do quantities count. The paper also discusses the module of 2D work drawing generation mentioned above in details.
