The performance of new deinking agents using Japanese newspaper and printing/information paper (OA paepr) was discussed in our previous presentation. We reported the use of a specially designed high-alcohol EOPO block copolymer DIA (HAB) that made it possible to produce pulp with a higher brightness and lower residual ink than that achievable with currently avaialbe DIA's.
