There are many kinds of inhibitions such as diffusion inhibition, chemical inhibition and so on in the reaction processes catalyzed by immobilized enzymes. The influence of the inhibitions may be expressed with the effective coefficient eta. This paper proves that the total effective coefficient eta equals the product of the effective coefficient of outside diffusion eta_dif and the effective coefficient of chemical inhibition eta_ch, and eta is less than eta_dif and eta_ch respectively in the reaction with outside diffusion and chemical inhibition. The antienergistic interaction between outside diffusion and chemical inhibition in the reaction is explained mathematically in this paper also. By the simulation of the reaction, it is shown that the influence of substrate concentration is different in the reactions catalyzed by immobilized enzymes with outside diffusion and differnet chemical inhibitions. The total effective coefficient eta is decreased with the increases of the influences of outside inhibition and chemical inhibitions evidently.
