Long-distance transmission network planning

摘要

This paper discribes the topology construction of long-distance transmission network, under the topology determined and network availability demands, we choose some kinds of network protection and network restoration strategies, compare the difference between ring protection and network restoration, analyze different characteristics between link based network restoration and end-to-end based network restoration, provide spare capacity assignment methods and alternative routes distribution methods.
