On the synthesis of grafcet using the supervisory control theory

摘要

This paper illustrates an approach for the synthesis of a supremal Grafcet in the frame of the supervisory control theory. The different steps of the synthesis approach are used to match the semantics of Grafcet with the semantic model of the theory. These steps are illustrated by means of an example of an automated system for storage of parts.
