摘要

A method of prolonging life time of microcapsules was proposed and explored in an aqueous-organic two-phase system. Experimental result showed that supplement of β-glucosidase dissolved in aqueous saturated α-D-glucose to microcapsules was possible. With the method the reaction rate between glucose and hexanol could keep unchanged basically in a 14 reuse cycle.
