This paper researchs into optimum technological conditions respectively obtained form penicillium expansum Lipase and Immoblization enzyme and the enzymolysis of fish oil and plant oil by uniform design.We discuss the first step in separating hydrosate of fish oil, and the antioxidation experiment.We have also determined the respective half-life period and kinetic parameter of free enzyme and immoblilzatiom enzyme.
