Industry and Country Differences in Empirical Studies in International perations Management: The Degree of biasness for Competitive Goals

摘要

The results of this study suggest that industry differneces are not important for research on strategic competitve goals. The omission of industry differences does not bias the statistical estimates. However, the between country differences are significant so that combining estimates could present biased estimates. Last, technological demographic factors may be important for research on competitive goals.
