摘要

The objective of the paper is to propose a theoretical model aimed at understanding the relationship between workplace spirituality (WS) with national culture, job satisfaction, absenteeism and turnover intention. Hofstede framework in its individualistic and collectivistic level is used. Propositions aimed at linking the concept of workplace spirituality with these variables are presented.
