The Effects of General and Social Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Behaviors and Performance

The purpose of this study is to build upon the previous study that identified the activities of entrepreneurs (Envick & Luthans, 1996) in terms of observable, measurable, and task specific behaviors (cf. Stajkovic & Luthans, 1997) by examining the antecedents and correlates of the identified entrepreneurial activities.
