摘要

New potentialities of Barkhausen noise technique were recntly realised in software, sensors and computerised device "INTROMAT". Main of them are: stress, hardness and structure analysis in strengrthened layers with depth resolution, stress and structure anisotropy measurements, optimisation of set-up parameters to distinguish the estimation of stresses and structure. The advantages are supported by a set of differnet sensors for testing different geometries. A set of software for PC provie some new facilities for calibration, longitudinal scanning and data documentation for strongly inhomogeneous structures like welding joints. grinding burns etc., angular scanning of anisotropic structures.
