A new method of emulsification is briefly introduced. The emulsified fuel oil can be obtained by a high voltage electrostatic field, and system of various rate fuel oil and water is well emulsified with good stability. Good atomizing and combustion efficiency are provided in combustion of emulsified fuel oil.
