Design study on application of three-ring driving reducer in the continuous casting plant

摘要

This article describes the achievements gained by Chongqing Iron & Steel Designing Institute (CISDI) in developing design study on application of new type three-ring driving reducer in the continuous casting plant. As shown by test and application, the three-ring driving reducer is suitable for the operation conditions of continuous casting machine, and has the following significant advantages such as the aspects of constant heavy load, short-time overload, large drive ratio, high ambient temperature, highly efficient, energy saving and compact arrangment.
