THE TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE OF T300/KH-304 POLYIMIDE COMPOSITES

T300/KH-304 polyimide composites have been developed for a variety of aerospace structures that operate at elevated temperature. Comprehensive studies were conducted to determine the thermal stability of T300/KH-304 in this paper. The results indicate that T300/KH-304 possesses excellent retention of mechanical properties at 320 °C, even at 530°C for a short time, and good thermal-oxidative stability, exhibiting almost no drop in properties after aging at 320°C for 150hrs.
