Numerically calculated stress concentration factors for two normally intersecting cylinders due to internal pressure

Numerically calculated stress concentration factors for two normally intersecting cylindrical pipes of several d/D and D/T ratios subjected to internal pressure loading using finite element program MECHANICA are presented in this paper.Results are compared with those obtained by Eringen et.al,Rodabaugh (1987) and BS806 (1986).
