For simulating the partially controlled viral epidemics evolutions many AI techniques were used for modelling the organisation level functioning. The upper level, acting as generalized genetic alogorithms, establish the optimal anti-epidemic program .The interface between the upper and the intermediate level acts as generalized control neural networks, specifying the tasks of the various agents of the antiepidemic network. These individuals are related to a generatlized cellular automaton associated with the intermediate level of organization. The lower levels corresponds to another generalized cellular automaton, related to the spreading of the disease betwee nthe individuals of a community; some of their attirbutes are controled by the mentioned agents of the anti-epidemic network. The couplings, the interactions of the various mentioned entities leads to the simulation rules. Simulations were made for a simple virosis; the resulted correlations between the health evolution and the various couplings and interactions parameters were investigated for the uncontrolled and for the controlled viral epidemics.
