Neural Networks as High Performance Computing and Simulation Tool

摘要

Although at present there exist plenty systems of programs as tols, generators, shells, integrated environments which implement several neural network models, the rapid advance of research in this field has led to the necessity of developing a specific environment for neural networks. In the paper, there are mentioned some needs for developing such an environment, its main features along with revealing its capabilities and its opportunities for high performance computing and simulation, especially in the ;fields where there exist many possible variants as for example in neuroidentification, neurocontrol, forecasting and diagnosis.
