The paper is concerned with the problem of dynamic systems (DS) investigation using uncertain factors interval models. The noted approach to DS uncertainties description has important advantages (only the bounds for each uncertain parameter values are necessary to form the conclusions). The whole DS design procedure is constructed in the frame of generalized risk vector cost function (RVCF) optimization. Some components of RVCF also have interval estimations. The authors propose the ways for these components calculations based on system structure representation by primitive interval dynamic units totality. The developed algorithms have been applied to concrete DS creation fulfilment and become the "contents" for the corresponding software package.
