Solutions of two different salts were injected into the lumens of reed fibers, where they met to form precipitates within the inner wall. Experimental results showed that filler content of the lumens of reed fibers and ash content of the papersheet may be controlled by the appropriate choice of reaction agents and reacting conditions. The distribution of the precipitated salt was observed by scanning electron microscope. The influences of the loading technology on the properties of the papersheet were studies.
