Process for the production of pulp fibers in a lumen filled with a particulate filler of calcium carbonate, the lumen of fibre pulp, and pulp fibers.A process is described for achieving high levels of loading of fillers of calcium carbonate in the lumens of the fibers of wood pulp.The pulp is pretreated with a cationic polymer before being impregnated with the filler.The different conditions of pH and temperature are specified depending on whether the filler is a precipitated calcium carbonate or calcium carbonate crushed.The pulps loaded in a lumen are used to manufacture new products with advantages in the retention of filler and resistance of the sheet higher on the papers conventionally produced.
