Biodegradation of hydrocarbons from a refinery spill

The puropose of htis work is to study the biodegradation in liquid mean of several crude oil wastes form an accidental oil spill made at one refinery.HTe crude left overs left on the ground and was mixed with land.To carry out the degradation porgram,all samples were uspended in water and Finasol OSR 51 dispersant was added to enhace the dispersion.A trade mark of microorganisms called PUTIDOIL was employed as degrading agent.INIPOL EAP 22,a degradation accleerator,was suppolied as nutriment in purposoe to increase the amount of degrading microorganisms.
