In this paper, we propose a cooperative scheduling protocol and dispatching algorithm for emergency jobs for distributed real-time scheduling. In conventional distributed real-time scheduling system, jobs are dispatched based on only the information of the current time. Therefore it is difficult to deal with emergency jobs effectively. In this paper, to cope with the difficulty, we develop a cooperative scheduling protocol and new dispatching algorithm taken account of emergency jobs. Furthermore, we develop a production simulation system to evaluate the protocol and dispatching algorithm as a virtual production system.
