Total Quality Management - A Platform for Improved Performance

Business is about profit and profit improvement. Profit comes as a result of a company's overall performance, and performance can be enhanced by the use of many techniques which have been introduced during the last decade as part of a Total Quality Management (TQM) process. This paper discusses how several quality processes can be used to directly improve performance results and to directly lead to improved operational and profit performance.
