The degree of protection given to information claimed to be confidential will be consistent with the provisions of the Access to Information Act and with Sections 20 to 24 of CEPA. This presentation will focus on the degree of protection given to information claimed as confidential and on confidential substance identity claims. Please note that the content of this technical paper may also be found in the Guidelines for the Notification and Testing of New substances: Chemicals and Polymers~3.
