Photocurable Fluorinated Acrylates

Multifunctional acrylate monomers with fluoroalkyl chains were studied. For acrylates with low fluorine content the photocuring could be carried out with commercial photoinitiators. For the heavily flourinated acrylates. however, photoinitiators with a fluoroalkyl substituent gave better results. Introduction of fluorine resulted in some changes in photopolymer properties.
