THE ASSOCIATED LINKAGE MECHANISM METHOD USED TO ANALYZING THE KINEMATIC AND FORCE TRANSMITTING CHARACTERISTICS OF CAM AND GEAR MECHANISMS

In the paper a new method-the method of associated mechanism is applied to classify the cam mechanism and the gear mechanism into the bar linkages, in terms of which the author analyzes and studies the kinematic and force transmitting characteristics of the two mechanisms and deduces some important conclusions.
