OPTIMUM TOOTH PROFILE CORRECTION OF HEAVY DUTY GEAR

摘要

In this paper, a method for the accurate calculation of load distribution along the contact line of the instantaneously engaged teeth of heavy duty gears is presented. According to tooth load distribution state in the mesh, the optimum parameters of tooth profile correction can be determined. By using the computer program developed by the authors, the influence of the parameters of tooth correction on the coefficient of load distribution is studied.
