INVESTIGATION OF PHENOMENA IN MODELS OF SURFACE OZONE GENERATORS

The behaviour of surface discharges and the production of ozone has been investigated with test arrangements similar to surface ozone generators. The surface electrodes are parallel wires or stripes on dielectric plates. The polarity dependent temporal and local distributions of the ozone concentration have been investigated. Ozone yields of both arrangements are compared.
