摘要

Modern quality control strategies allow to predict quality items by using statistical process models. So it is possible to judge with a high accuracy whether the molded part must be rejected without testing it just by considering some characteristical process values. These are calculated from actual measured process data.This paper describes the development of a closed-loop control strategy based on these statistical models to keep quality items as weight and dimensions constant.
