摘要

The relationship between the tensile stress-strain characteristics and changes of the morphology in many types of polyethylene systems have been well studied. However, very little effort has been directed towards establishing stress-strain relationship from a true material point perspective. Recently, a new technique has been proposed to extract geometry independent material properties for two ethylene-α-olefin copolymers. True stress-strain-temperature phase diagrams with clearly identified morphological states were constructed to fingerprint a specific material.
