Though theoretical and experimental demonstration, the relevant parameters of the PLA -system carrier precision offset have been provided. Co - channel protection ratio was improved 30eB for translating same programme between co -channel TV transmitting stations in precision sync broadcast model. Co-channel protecition ratio was improved 25dB for translating unlike programme between co-channel TV transmitting stations in carrier precision offset model. The interval of carrier precision offset is 10KHz.
