A comparative study of the influence of pore radius, concentration of solution and charge of counterion (H~+, Na~+, K~+, Ba~(2+), La~(3+)) on electrochemical properties of porous glass membranes with pore radii 1.3 - 13.2 nm were carried out by the methods of potentiometric titration, streaming and membrane potential and conductance. Surface charge, surface reaction constants, cation transport numbers, specific surface conductance, convective component of conductivity, electrokinetic and Donnan potentials were estimated from experimental results.
