摘要

Fatty acids binary eutectic mixture with solid-liquid phase change temperature of 4°C -8°C is selected to be the research object. UNIFAC model is used to predict solid-liquid phase diagram. Cooling curve method is utilized to determine freezing points, and the experimental results are used to plot solid-liquid equilibrium phase diagram. Solid and liquid specific heat and latent heat of solid-liquid phase change are tested. Fifty freezing-melting cycle experiments are carried out. The experimental results demonstrate that this cool storage material possesses good reversible property. By the use of experimental solid-liquid equilibrium data, the UNIFAC model has been modified. Agreement between the calculated results of the modified model and experimental data is good.
