AN INTEGRATED COMPUTER DATABASE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION INFORMATION

Engineering data is particularly well suited to hypertext applications. Much of the engineering data already exists in electronic form and the current developments in hardware and software make the development and widespread distribution of hypertext systems possible. Control and maintenance of hypertext data systems can be accomplished with existing database techniques. Continued developments in GUIs, in particular Microsoft Windows, supports the development of sophisticated hypertext systems at minimal cost.
