Abstract: Homodyne method of measurement of polarization reflection matrix, providing the possibility of simultaneous measurement of all four complex coefficients of polarization reflection matrix in quasi-optical circuits of submillimeter waves in presented. Technical realizability of the method for quasi-optical circuits, formed on the base of waveguides of the class of 'hollow dielectric waveguide' is shown.
